💰 Investment Questions
What is the minimum investment?
The minimum investment starts at $100 for the StableSeed Bond (Basic tier). Maximum investments go up to $1M+ for Ultra-Premium bonds like Legacy Forge Supreme.
How many investment bonds are available?
We offer 10 different investment bonds: 8 with daily payouts (0.01-0.041% daily), 1 with weekly payouts (0.23% weekly), and 1 with monthly payouts (1.5% monthly).
Can I invest in multiple bonds at once?
Yes! You can invest in as many bonds as you want simultaneously. Each investment is tracked separately in your portfolio.
When do I get my first payout?
Daily bonds pay the next day at 05:27 UTC. Weekly bonds pay the following Monday at 12:00 UTC. Monthly bonds pay on the first Monday of the next month at 12:00 UTC.
Are returns guaranteed?
Returns are targeted rates based on DeFi protocols and market conditions. Actual returns may vary slightly but typically fall within the stated ranges for each bond.
Can I withdraw my principal early?
Some bonds allow early redemption with penalties. Your principal remains locked until the bond's maturity date. However, you can withdraw your earned returns anytime. Check specific bond terms for early redemption options.
What happens at bond maturity?
At maturity, your principal returns to your account balance along with any remaining earnings. You can then withdraw, reinvest in the same bond, or choose a different investment option.

Which cryptocurrencies can I deposit?
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC20/ERC20), USDC, BNB, Litecoin (LTC), and other major cryptocurrencies. Check the deposit page for the complete list.
How long does deposit approval take?
Deposits are typically approved within 10 minutes to 2 hours after blockchain confirmation. During business hours, most deposits are approved within 30 minutes.
Are there deposit fees?
xCrypto Bonds doesn't charge deposit fees. You only pay network transaction fees when sending cryptocurrency from your wallet or exchange (typically $1-20 depending on the crypto).
What if I sent wrong crypto to the address?
Unfortunately, sending the wrong cryptocurrency to an address usually results in permanent loss. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Always verify you're sending the correct cryptocurrency type.
Can I make multiple deposits?
Yes! You can deposit as many times as you want. Each deposit is processed separately. Your total balance accumulates for use across multiple investments.
💸 Withdrawal Questions
How often can I withdraw?
You can request withdrawals as often as you like. Each withdrawal is processed individually within 24 hours of submission.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
Minimum withdrawal is typically $20-$50 depending on the cryptocurrency you choose. Check the withdrawal page for specific minimums for each crypto.
How long does withdrawal processing take?
Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours after submission. Once approved, funds are sent to the blockchain and arrive in your wallet within 5-60 minutes depending on the cryptocurrency.
Are there withdrawal fees?
xCrypto Bonds doesn't charge withdrawal fees. You only pay blockchain network fees, which are deducted from your withdrawal amount (typically $1-20 depending on crypto and network congestion).
Can I cancel a withdrawal request?
Yes, but only if it's still in "Pending" status. Once it's "Processing" (approved by admin), the transaction cannot be cancelled as it's already on the blockchain.
Can I withdraw in a different crypto than I deposited?
Yes! You can deposit in one cryptocurrency and withdraw in any other supported cryptocurrency. Your balance is maintained in USD equivalent.
🌐 Referral Network Questions
How does the referral program work?
You earn two ways: (1) Instant deposit bonus when someone invests (5% Level 1, 2% Level 2, 1% Levels 3-10), and (2) Recurring profit bonus from their returns (10% Level 1, 5% Level 2, 2-1% Levels 3-10).
How many levels deep does the referral network go?
The network goes 10 levels deep. You earn from everyone in your network: people you refer (Level 1), people they refer (Level 2), and so on down to Level 10.
When do I receive referral bonuses?
Deposit bonuses are instant when your referral invests. Profit bonuses are paid on the same schedule as their investment plan (daily at 05:27 UTC, weekly, or monthly).
Is there a limit to my network size?
No limits! Build as large a network as you can. There's no cap on the number of referrals or total earnings from your network.
What if someone in my network withdraws early?
You keep all bonuses earned up to that point. There are no clawbacks. Once you've earned a bonus, it's yours permanently.
Can I track my referrals?
Yes! Your dashboard shows every person in your 10-level network with their investment amounts, your earned commissions, and real-time earnings statistics.

How are my funds protected?
We use multi-signature wallets, third-party audited smart contracts, cold storage for asset security, regulated custodians, and maintain an insurance reserve pool.
Are transactions recorded on the blockchain?
Yes! All deposits and withdrawals are recorded on public blockchains, providing full transparency. You can verify any transaction using the provided transaction hash on blockchain explorers.
What if I forget my password?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password. You'll receive a secure reset link via email.

Can I have multiple accounts?
