X Crypto provides cloud mining services. By participating, you understand that:

• Mining rewards are estimated and may vary based on network difficulty and platform parameters.
• Global mining sessions are subject to availability and referral milestones.
• The platform reserves the right to modify mining rates at any time.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of referral abuse.
• Using automated scripts or bots to access the platform.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall X Crypto, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
